The Whispering Pines Garden Club has been active since January, 1972.  Its mission is to inform residents of Whispering Pines about many aspects of gardening.  Monthly topics vary from soil composition to grass and tree care, to cultivating popular flowers and vegetables, as well as attracting important birds and insects.  Yearly membership dues are still only five dollars!
